Lower your stress as much as possible
Cut down some activities and make sure you take time for extra rest. You need to find yourself prioritizing your activities, and cutting out unnecessary tasks. And if you think you need some kind of help, don’t be afraid to ask for it!
Personal time is very important!
After a stressful day at work, when you get back home, try going to sleep early, you don’t need to overload your body with too much pressure, physical or psychological.
And don’t forget, now is the time to rest, because, when your baby will be here, resting is going to be a very desirable but yet impossible thing to have!
Satisfy your needs!
Especially in the firsts months of pregnancy, appetite can be a tricky thing. Make sure you have on you at your job various food, in case your taste in changing! And most important, drink at least 8 cups of water a day, as staying hydrated is essential in our day-by-day life. Comfortable clothes are also necessary.

Plan ahead and see what paperwork you need to fill out, check this with your doctor too, you might need his help too.
Find a replacement if necessary
Don’t leave your employer without a backup. Plan ahead and make sure someone knows what you do every day. You never know what’s going to happen.
