It brings an intense and sophisticated look. Also, at Cynthia Rowley, runway models’ nails were dyed in Deborah Lippmann Dark Side of the Moon ($17).
Fall 2013 seems to be the time to turn back to black. For example, Karen Walker used for her show the OPI Black Onyx topped with a new OPI Matte Top Coat ($8 each). At Kaelen, there were used two coats of butter LONDON Union Jack in Black ($8) that were covered with a matte top coat which made them look very glossy.
