make 1 serving with the followind ingredients:
1.5 tablespoons oat bran
1.5 tablespoons non-fat fromage frais or quark
1 egg
Mix the oat bran, fromage frais or quark in a bowl and add the egg
or just the egg white if have cholesterol problems. After all the
ingredients are mixed well, pour them into a non stick pan lightly
greased and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
If you want a delicious sandwich, make scrambled eggs and add them
between two Dukan Diet galettes with turkey bacon.
Dukan Diet Oat Bran Muffins
With only 5 minutes preparation time and 15 minutes cooking time,
oat bran muffins are one of the best Dukan Diet recipes with oat
bran. To make 6 muffins, you'll need these ingredients:
6 tablespoons oat bran
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 eggs
5 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 tablespoons artificial sweetener
Mix all dry ingredients, then add the eggs and yogurt. Place the
mixture in a 6 cup muffin tin and bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the
over preheated to 180°C (356°F).
Dukan Diet Oat Bran Cookies
Mix up your Dukan Diet plan with cookies that are easy to bake and
delicious in two different versions: soft or crunchy. Ingredients
include:
3 tablespoons oat bran
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
You can use less oat bran based on the Dukan Diet Phase you're
following, but the rest of the ingredients can remain the same. Mix
all the ingredients in a bowl and preheat the oven to 180°C
(356°F).
After pouring the mixture in a baking tray for 15 minutes, you get
the regular (soft) version. You can also remove the cookies from
the tray, place them upside down and bake for an extra 15 minutes
for the crunchy version.
