One of Hollywood’s most beautiful women, Jessica Biel, has decided to share her workout and beauty secrets, details which have contributed to Jessica’s success. Image plays a very important part in the entertainment industry and Jessica’s image is flawless.
Jessica Biel’s natural beauty, a girl-next-door kind of beauty, has helped her become the face of Revlon and her success is undeniable. With a fabulous physique and a gorgeous face, Jessica Biel has enchanted fans all over the world. However, good genes are not the only ones responsible for Jessica’s beauty and sex-appeal and since her beauty has inspired women all over the world, Jessica decided to spill the beans about her workout and beauty secrets.
Jessica says that her makeup choice is usually different that what she is seen on screen. Being an actress, Jessica has to play a certain role, which is most of the times different than her, so the makeup she wears on the movie sets isn’t necessarily her choice. She says that wearing makeup all the time doesn’t make her feel very glamorous:
“It’s hard to keep my skin looking good with work, travel, and stress. I don’t feel very glowing, especially after wearing makeup (and not necessarily my choice of makeup) for 12 hours straight on a movie set. When I’m playing a character, her look is sometimes different from my own.”
Jessica states that her makeup choice is simple and consists out of mascara, blotting paper and peach lip gloss, which is Jessica’s favorite. She says: “I like peach because it’s natural-looking and perfect for a little color.”
When she opts to have her makeup done, Jessica says she does like to put on a tinted lipstick, but she doesn’t apply any dark lip color on her own, as according to her, the last time she tried to retouch her lip color she dropped the dark colored lipstick on her dress and left it with a stain. Instead of reapplying a dark hue, Jessica uses her trusted peach colored gloss, which she carries around with her, and refreshes the look with its help, as peach gloss has a sheer coloration and can be worn over any lip color. “I trust my makeup artist to apply dark lipstick, but I get nervous about reapplying it, so I’ll just use gloss instead,” “The last time I tried to reapply dark lipstick, I dropped it on my dress and it left a spot.”
Looking as fabulous is not easy and mishaps haven’t missed Jessica, especially while on the red carpet awards. In the past, Jessica has had to deal with a broken shoe heel, chipped manicure, details which can cause a media frenzy. The pressure on the red carpet events is immense because celebs have to look flawless with all those eyes and cameras on, and Jessica says she’s usually stressed on the way to such an event. She shares that while in the car on the way to these events she sits with tissue paper under her armpits so she won’t end-up with sweat marks on the dress. She says: “The whole time I’m telling myself, ‘Please don’t sweat, please don’t sweat.’ I throw the tissues out right before I step out of the car and nobody ever knows! I just put on a smile and fake it.”
About her figure, Jessica Biel says her secret is trying to keep herself healthy by eating right and exercising. Jessica says: “For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps.” “You can find healthy food pretty much anywhere. I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables.”
As far as her exercise program, Jessica is definitely determined as she loves to exercise. She does a lot of yoga, which helps Jessica keep her muscles long and flexible, and now she has added boxing and martial arts to her routine. Jogging is also included in Jessica’s exercise program as she loves to jog with her dog. Since summer is here, Jessica says that: “I’m planning on spending more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging with my dog, Tina.”
