The Nicole Kidman for Jimmy Choo fall 2013 campaign is already out. After hearing the news that Nicole Kidman is the new face of Jimmy Choo in May, it was fairly clear that the new campaign would be an interesting one. Fortunately for fashion enthusiasts, the label decided not leave fans waiting for too long. The new Jimmy Choo fall 2013 ad campaign definitely doesn’t disappoint being edgy yet incredibly refined at the same time. The Hollywood leading lady is a heroine inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s movies and brings an easily distinguishable ‘femme fatale’ allure in each of the new Jimmy Choo fall 2013 ads.
Photographed by Mikael Jansson and styled by Julia Von Boehm, the 46-year-old Australian star felt extremely comfortable displaying the seductive protagonist from Hitchcock’s movies:
“I really enjoyed being able to play a role that was strong, sexy and in control. I got into a relationship with the photographer and Mikael is very intuitive, he knows what I am thinking and feeling and is able to translate it through the camera,” Kidman said about the shoot. Jimmy Choo creative director Sandra Choi couldn’t be happier about the way the new Jimmy Choo campaign turned out: “Nicole has perfectly captured the mood of our AW13 collection; her character portrays the multi-faceted qualities of the Jimmy Choo woman for this season – strong, sexy with a beguiling sense of mystery.”
Nicole Kidman’s dramatic transformation isn’t the only pleasant surprise the new Jimmy Choo campaign for fall 2013 unveils. The new Jimmy Choo fall 2013 offerings are every bit as amazing as fans expected it to be. Refinement and classiness is the focus of the new season Jimmy Choo accessories. Ladylike high heeled shoes, sexy boots and luxurious modern handbags and even sophisticated eyewear are the label’s suggestions for the upcoming months.
A single glimpse at the new Nicole Kidman for Jimmy Choo fall 2013 campaign proves that the creative director was absolutely right when predicting the star’s perfect fit as brand ambassador: “Nicole is a true style chameleon and has the ability to surprise. She is able to seamlessly go from working a couture gown on the red carpet to an ultra-sophisticated day dress to off duty jeans and biker boots whilst looking effortless. She knows her own style and remains confident at all times so her personality comes through.”
