In the Blumarine fall 2014 collection, femininity and sexiness were tightly interlinked. Designer Anna Molinari titled the new line ‘Unexpected Heritage’ and used Far East influences to transpose her vision into reality. The designer worked with floral jacquards, gold lame and rich hues of emerald, royal blue, red and purple to add a touch of luxury to her usual modern and sultry ensembles. Among the pieces that best reflected the theme were kimono inspired satin dresses, while fur trims and fur coats were the elements that heightened the opulent allure of the new looks.
