And obviously it was Eva Mendes the sultry beauty to model for the retailer’s catalog and online campaign. Photographed by Norman Jean Roy alongside male models Ben Hill and Tyson Ballou, the 37-year-actress proves she’s not just sensual and uber-sexy, but also spontaneous and fun.
Speaking about Eva in the video, Ulrike Holtschlag, Peek & Cloppenburg stylist, said that the actress exudes femininity and perfectly embodies their vision when it comes to women’s fashion. “She truly stands for a feminine touch and emphasizes the trend we are pursuing in ladies’ fashion”.
The campaign takes us on a journey to different corners of the world such as Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, Las Vegas, and Coney Island. In fact, Eva poses against impressive backdrops that remind us of these incredible places. The actress wears a series of summer outfits, from laid-back tops and pants to elegant dresses and blazers, showing that you can look stylish and chic even while traveling and with the minimum amount of effort.
Peek & Cloppenburg is an international chain of fashion department stores in several countries including Austria, Belgium, Serbia, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Switzerland. For summer 2011, the brand’s style is characterized by a classic vibe brought by flowing dresses and the timeless blazer. In fact, the old faithful blazer is considered as being this season’s must-have due to its huge versatility that allows us to create an array of looks.
