Glamor at its finest was the theme of the Elie Saab spring 2013 couture collection. It seems that the Lebanese couturier cannot be surpassed when it comes to elegance as the intricate display of hand-embroidered luxury fabrics that seem to mesmerize the public every time is quite difficult to top. If you’re seeking elegance, refinement and uniqueness, Elie Saab is the brand to focus on, as it’s not for just any reason women dream of owning at least one of his breathtaking designs!
The Elie Saab spring 2013 couture show was predicted to be dominated by sophistication and luxury pushed to a whole new level. Proof that the high excitement surrounding this event was justified stands in the new couture collection whose beauty brought by the delicate fabrics and pale color choices looked beyond this earth.
The collection opened with a lovely display of tone-on-tone embroidery dresses which have become a signature of the Elie Saab couture house, and this display of impeccable craftsmanship made everyone quiver with excitement! From fifties shape dresses to column gowns and elegant jumpsuits the collection brought to our attention diverse creations that looked heavenly, designs that had infused a high dose of luxury in and that cannot but make heads turn. The 3D embroidery applications displayed on soft tulle and crinoline fabrics created an impressive visual effect: the models looked like the embroidery was created directly on their skin on the upper part of the body!
Elie Saab’s couture designs emphasize the waist and aim to create a harmonious silhouette worthy of a fairytale princess and the lovely slit capes that were paired with some of the designs only helped emphasize this impression.
Among the lovely white, nude, soft pink and lavender colored dresses, bright tones that give off a sensual and mysterious allure were introduced to the public – shades such as red and black, so if you weren’t conquered by the sublime pale colored designs, these shades will surely make your heart skip a beat! The uniqueness of the designs lightened the room at the presentation in Paris, so we predict that numerous designs will make their way to the red carpet this year. The dreamy world of Elie Saab couture gathered even more fans after this fashion presentation, so check out the stunning ultra-feminine designs and tell us which one’s your favorite!
