The Grammy Awards 2013 best dressed list features the most glamorous celebrities from the music industry! The 55th edition of the Grammy Awards show held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles reunited some of the hottest celebs of the moment.
Though the ceremony celebrated the hard work and dedication of the nominees, we couldn’t help but feel mesmerized by the multitude of amazing looks donned by the participants, so we couldn’t resist rounding out the Grammy Awards 2013 best dressed celebrities. A blend of sexiness and classiness dominated the 2013 Grammys. Have a look at some of the hottest looks of the evening:
Singer Carrie Underwood saw a body hugging strapless black gown signed by Roberto Cavalli as the path to style success at the 2013 edition of the Grammys. To complete the ensemble, the star opted for a high impact necklace and a simple red manicure. Going the classy route, the star attracted a lot of positive attention drawing the spotlight on her.
Adele celebrated yet another success in a romantic long sleeved Valentino floral embroidered dress from the spring 2013 couture collection. The star opted to draw attention on her fabulous legs rather than going for a low neckline. The accessories were chosen with a similar approach in mind. Flirty floral pumps and a fab black drawstring purse proved the right choice for completing the star’s look.
Jennifer Lopez isn’t known for her style modesty and her Grammy Awards 2013 red carpet style confirmed it once again. Walking on Angelina’s footsteps, the star donned a high slit asymmetrical Anthony Vaccarello gown.
Taylor Swift wasn’t afraid of letting her sexiness shine and opted for a cream white J. Mendel high slit-dress with fab cutouts that immediately managed to steal the spotlight. Accessories were kept in the fairly subdued range letting the gown be the main focal point.
Florence Welch chose to abandon the safety of black/white options and graced the Grammy Awards 2013 red carpet in a custom made studded emerald green Givenchy gown. The star chose to match the accessories with the gown perfectly rather than opting for a bit of contrast.
Rihanna dressed to impress, without a doubt and she did enter the Grammy Awards 2013 best dressed list. The “Diamonds” singer stunned in a custom made red Azzedine Alaia floor sweeping gown. Neil Lane jewelry and a fab pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes were the perfect choice for completing the high impact ensemble.
A Priscilla Presley inspired look put Katy Perry in the spotlight. The star opted for a dazzling mint green Gucci gown which hugged her curves perfectly and put maximum focus on the star’s cleavage. The star never hid from the spotlight and isn’t planning do it anytime soon.
Nicole Kidman stepped on the red carpet in a luxurious golden Vera Wang dress which highlighted the star’s fabulous silhouette. The focus towards luxury and a desire for an opulent allure was also quickly revealed by her choice of accessories which revolved around the same fab tone.
Kelly Rowland chose to emphasize her perfect figure in a sultry Georges Chakra gown from the couture collection with plenty of strategic sheer touches which draw attention on the star’s biggest assets.
“Call me maybe” singer Carly Rae Jepsen received mixed reviews for her Grammy 2013 red carpet look. The strapless shimmery black Roberto Cavalli gown highlighted her curves perfectly, however a bit more attention in the hairstyle department would have been highly recommended.
Beyonce didn’t go for the tried and tested approach at this Grammy Awards edition. Instead, she surprised everyone with her stylistic choice for the big day: a black and white jumpsuit from Osman Yousefzada. The star isn’t one to settle with ordinary choices, after all.
We can definitely include Alicia Keys in the list of celebs who aren’t afraid to take some calculated risks. Her body con Azzedine Alaia had just enough textural contrast to draw attention without crossing the line when it came to flashing skin.
