As the coolest music festival of the year Coachella is a place where celebrities gather both on stage and in the audience. Sporting the latest festival trends, the stars rocked edgy fashions and daring looks during the first three days of the festival.

Going for the sheer trends, Selena Gomez rocked Coachella in a Daisy Chemical crochet dress worn over another staple of festival fashion, denim shorts. 

The singer worse Free People Shark Bite denim cutoff shorts and completed her look with Steven Madden boots, a Starting At The Stars panama hat and a cute bindi on her forehead.

Kate Bosworth

A frequent Coachella attendee, Kate Bosworth was definitely one of the best dressed celebrities at Coachella 2014. Always well put together, the American actress chose to go with the Carven Spring 2014 collection. Her floral print romper and platform sandals created an excellent look for any music festival, complete with aviator sunglasses.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

White was a big trend at Coachella 2014 and even Lorde went for an all white outfit as she performed. Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley thought outside the box and ended up with a great music festival look. Pairing a Kenzo white dress with Laurence Dacade ‘Deric’ booties, Rosie kept her style and makeup simple for a great look.

Rita Ora

In a stunning Roberto Cavalli Fall 2014 gown, Rita Ora threw away all the rules and still managed to become one of the best dressed celebrities at Coachella 2014. Her after dark festival look consisted of a sheer black gown worn over black panties and a nude bra with a cool red lip.

Katy Perry

Showing off her new green hair, Katy Perry arrived at Coachella in a white gypsy top and a palm tree print skirt, but also showed off one of the biggest music festival staples, the crop top. Unlike other celebrities, Katy didn’t want to show off her looks on social media and even tweeted: “Dear festival friends remember selfing is a disease.”

Solange Knowles

Joined by her sister Beyoncé on stage for one song, Solange was definitely one of the best dressed celebrities at Coachella 2014 and she brought her style to the stage. Opting for the Max Mara spring 2014 collection, Solange rocked an orange jacket and a cute romper, along with Vince ‘Joanna’ ankle strap booties.

Kendall & Kylie Jenner

Joining Selena Gomez at Coachella, the Jenner sisters showed off on of the biggest music festival trends this year, denim cut-offs. 

They also dabled in more risky trends, from black lace to… bejeweled fanny packs, but their winning looks were the simpler, less flashy ones.

Poppy & Cara Delevigne

Hosting her Popchella party, Poppy Delevigne mixed high fashion with festival style and ended up as one of the best dressed celebrities at Coachella 2014. Rocking a headband and hot pants, Poppy looked amazing, while her sister, supermodel Cara Delevigne, went for denim cut offs and a customized “Popdogs Hen” Markus Lupfer white tee.

Nicky & Paris Hilton

Channeling their inner hippies, Nicky and Paris Hilton attended the Coachella 2014 festival is colorful prints. While Nicky went for a shorter dress, Paris chose a maxi dress and both rocked fierce sunglasses. They weren’t as trendy as other celebrities, but still checked the festival style essentials in a cool way.

Alessandra Ambrosio

Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio really went for the festival vibe and ended up as one of the best dressed celebrities at Coachella 2014. From shorts that showed off her beautiful legs to print matching and gorgeous nail art, Alessandra channeled her inner wild child and pulled off quite a few great looks for the festival.

Lea Michele

Going for a simple white and pink striped cross-backed dress, Lea Michele partied with Jonathan Groff at the Lacoste Live Pool Party. While her dress isn’t exactly festival ready, the “Glee” star made it work by pairing it with silver sandals and a relaxed hairdo.
