From Jennifer Lawrence to Cate Blanchett, here are the most amazing looks so far at the the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival.
Jennifer Lawrence – Dior
Everybody expected Lawrence to shine on the red carpet, but the actress went for more subtle looks this year in Cannes. For “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1” Party, Jennifer went for a combination of a blue mini dress and a chiffon tank dress.
At the Vanity Fair and Armani parties, the young actress shined in a Christian Dior spring 2014 couture black silk jumpsuit with a gold belt.
Nicole Kidman – Armani Privé, Altuzzara
Among the best dressed at the Cannes Film Festival, Kidman opted for a blue wearing an Armani Privé spring 2014 gown on the red carpet at the premiere of her movie “Grace of Monaco”.
The same day, at the festival’s opening, the actress wore a head-to-toe white look, featuring an Altuzzara fall 2014 crepe dress and Elie Saab pumps.
Zhang Ziyi – Stéphane Rolland, Rubin Singer
The Chinese actress wore a futuristic Stéphane Rolland spring 2014 couture dress in black and white for the opening of the film festival.
At the premiere party for “The Crossing”, Zhang Ziyi left behind her monochromatic looks in favor of a stunning a canary yellow Rubin Singe dress with ruching at the shoulder pads.
Naomi Watts – Marchesa
Thanks to her wise choice of going for Marchesa more than once, Naomi Watts ended up among the best dressed at the Cannes Film Festival. At the “How To Train Your Dragon 2” premiere, she wore a custom gown in blue silk chiffon with stunning Bvlgari jewelry. At the annual Charles Finch Filmmakers Dinner, Watts opted with a white dress paired with black sandals.
Blake Lively – Gucci, Chanel Couture
At the “Mr. Turner” premiere, Blake Lively wore a Chanel spring 2014 couture and sparkled on the red carped, but her most stunning look was reserved for the “Captives” premiere.
Joined by husband Ryan Reynolds, Lively wore a Gucci Première dress in black and white, and epitomized old school Hollywood glamor.
Eva Green – Elie Saab
Betting on Elie Saab, Eva Green ended up as one of the best dressed at the Cannes Film Festival. For the premiere of “Salvation”, she chose a black jumpsuit, but she really impressed with her red gown from the Elie Saab fall 2013 couture collection, paired with a bold lip.
Freida Pinto – Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors
Opting for a dramatic look at the premiere of “The Homesman”, Freida Pinto chose a coral gown with sequin embroidery from the Oscar de la Renta fall 2014 collection.
At the “Saint Laurent” premiere, Freida Pinto wore a custom Michael Kors gown in a gorgeous nude tone.
Jessica Chastain – Alexander McQueen, Elie Saab
Among the best dressed celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival, Jessica Chastain impressed in a black velvet Alexander McQueen dress at the premiere of “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby”.
For the “Foxcatcher” premiere, she opted for an Elie Saab spring 2014 couture creation, in lavender silk mousseline.
Eva Longoria – Vionnet, Gabriela Cadena
For the “Foxcatcher” premiere, Eva Longoria reminded everyone why she’s been on the best dressed list at the Cannes Film Festival before.
Her nude Vionnet Fall 2014 gown with a daring split was stunning, but she also rocked at the “Saint Laurent” premiere in a custom Gabriela Cadena gown with pearl and Swarovski crystal detailing.
Julianne Moore – Chanel Couture, Lanvin
Taking risks paid off for Julianne Moore at the premiere of “Maps To The Stars”. Her Chanel spring 2014 look featured a tunic worn over a dress, both covered in feathers, pearls and sequins.
At the “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1” party, she opted for an equally elegant look, a jade green Lanvin pre-fall 2014 dress.
Cate Blanchett – Givenchy, Valentino
Definitely among the best dressed at the Cannes Film Festival, Cate Blanchett showed off a Valentino pre-fall 2014 sheer gown at the Trophée Chopard event, looking truly elegant.
For the “How To Train Your Dragon 2” premiere, Blanchett wore a high impact Givenchy fall 2014 gown with and embellished bodice.
