If you’ve got Justin Bieber fever you probably know by now that everything the young pop sensation touches seems to turn to gold and the latest conquest of the fresh high school grad is the world of fragrance. The ‘Boyfriend’ singer caused a stir with his music, his looks and fabulous dance moves and last year, the 18 year old heartthrob proved that he was multi-talented as he ventured off into the perfume industry by launching his first fragrance, a female fragrance titled ‘Someday’ and which features an adorable feminine design.

The ‘Biebettes’ went wild for the new scent signed by the young heartthrob as the fruity-floral scent has just been awarded the ‘Oscar’ of the fragrance world, the Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award, an award which honors the celebs who embraced and promoted the world of fragrance and Justin Bieber surely did his part in promoting his first women’s scent.

It appears that Justin Bieber’s ‘Someday’ fragrance will also be up for a FIFI Award in other categories such as ‘Fragrance of the Year: Women’s Luxe’ and ‘Fragrance of the Year: Consumers’ Choice’, but the singer has some tough competition in the domain such as Beyonce’s Pulse, Prada Candy, Rihanna’s Rbl’Fleur and Madonna’s Truth or Dare, who have also managed to conquer plenty of fans.

As far as the award he will be honored with later this month, Justin Bieber said that “I am honored to be named Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year. It means a lot to me that my fans and The Fragrance Foundation support all my accomplishments. The best part is that my favorite charities are sharing in the success; it is important to pay it forward. Plus, I have the girls smelling great!”

Last year’s winner of the Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year award was none other that actress Halle Berry, who expressed her joy on stage thanking the late Elizabeth Taylor, perfumers as well as other celebrities who inspire her.
