
Freida Pinto is heating up the December 2010 issue of GQ India posing provocatively with a messy, yet extremely sexy image, holding a pomegranate in one hand and a knife in the other. In the GQ interview, Freida talked about her upcoming movie "Miral", Woody Allen and Julian Schnabel.
Freida Pinto, one of the hottest actresses in showbiz and one of
'People's' Most Beautiful Women, looks gorgeous and sexy on the
cover of the December 2010 issue of GQ India. The 26-year-old
“Slumdog Millionaire” star poses sitting at a table with a knife in
her hand and a slit pomegranate in front of her. Well, pretty messy
and incredible hot shots!
Considered as being “India's Hottest Export” and one of the highest
paid actresses in Bollywood, Freida Pinto talked in the GQ India
interview about her upcoming film “Miral”, Woody Allen, Julian
Schnabel, but also about working with some of the world's most
famous directors.
“Miral” is a drama about an orphaned Palestinian girl growing up in
the wake of the first Arab-Israeli war. Based on the novel written
by Rula Jebreal, the movie directed by Julian Schnabel will hit
theaters on March 25, 2011.
Starting her career as a TV show host in India, the beautiful
actress made the crucial step on the big screen with the 2008 box
office hit “Slumdog Millionaire”, which practically meant her
launching point in Hollywood. Now, she has the great opportunity of
working with one of the best directors in the industry. She stars
in Woody Allen's latest project “You Will meet A Tall Dark
Stranger”.
Pinto told GQ India that “Woody is someone I really respect -
because he's a legend, but it's not like I got to know everything
about his life. With Julian - we ended up sharing a very personal
relationship.” In order to clear things up, she also added, “Almost
that of a father-daughter.
Freida is in a relationship with “Slumdog Millionaire” co-star Dev
Patel, 20, whom she met on the set in 2007. At the time Freida was
engaged, but only after she broke off her engagement the couple
went public. “The friendship blossomed after the film, it got even
stronger. This is all new to us. He’s a lovely boy,” Freida told
Britain’s “The Sun” Newspaper.
