Julia Roberts steps back into the spotlight with a fabulous new campaign for Lancôme. The starlet has been the face of the high end brand for quite some time now. In the newest project for the luxury label, the star aims to persuade us that life is beautiful with a new fragrance. The scent is set to be launched this fall and is reportedly the result of no less than 5000 versions over the course of three years and was developed by perfumers Olivier Polge, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo.
Taking pleasure in simple everyday things, approaching life with
kindness and freeing ourselves from expectations that don't serve
our happiness is often a forgotten art that aims to be recaptured
in the newest ad campaign. The actress looks radiant and fulfilled.
Naturalness and femininity transpire through the pictorial shot by
director Tarsem Singh.
The fragrance bottle exudes simplicity and even carries a little
bit of history with it since it's essentially a redesigned version
of the classic Lancome1949 bottle.
La Vie Est Belle is a gourmet floral fragrance which is centered
around the distinctive iris scent. The base notes of the fragrance,
tonka bean, praline, patchouli and vanilla are well blended with
heart notes of iris, orange blossom and jasmine. The olfactive
experince is made perfect with top notes of black currant and
pear.
The new fragrance is available as a 1.0 fl.oz for $55, 1.7 fl.oz
for $75 or 2.5 fl.oz for $95.
