Top 5 Things to Do to Restore Your Youthful Looks

One of the ways in which life is unfair is how our bodies change with age. It is quite annoying to see your body -one you adore and have gotten impressive comments from admirers, start to crease up and gather fat in unwanted places. It can be quite intimidating and embarrassing. However, there are scientific solutions that can help you reacquire your youthful looks. Many of them can be gotten at med spas around you.

1. Botox:

Botox is a non-surgical cosmetic injection that is specifically administered to the target areas of the body, usually, places with wrinkles. This extract from Clostridium Botulinum relaxes the muscles of targeted areas to reduce wrinkles. Botox is not a filler for a crisped face. It controls aging by removing wrinkles, help with excessive perspirations and you can even get yourself one of those sexy dimples you have always loved!

2. CoolSculpting:

Coolsculpting is also a scientific process, known as cryoplipolysis. The technique is used to remove fats from specific parts of the body. Sometimes, those fats even make you look older than your age. CoolSculpting is totally safe. An applicator is used to exert suction to the desired part of the body and then an operator uses the applicator to lower the temperature of the fat cells to a point where they are damaged, irreversibly. The temperature is carefully regulated by the gadget’s cooling plates. Your body takes time to naturally eject the dead fat cells. It takes roughly 35 minutes to get this process done and you have your youthfulness returned to you.

3. ULTherapy:

This is another non-surgical alternative to give the face a lift. It counters aging signs such as sagging, facial, neck and chest wrinkles, and receding jawlines. The procedure uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production, which results in skin tightening. The technician typically applies an ultrasound gel to a portion of the body that needs the treatment and s/he passes the Ultherapy device over the skin. The ultrasound energy sends heat to different depths of the body. The procedure works on three core places, muscle, skin, and superficial wrinkles.

4. Surgery:

This is quite one of the most popular options. Surgeries are done to remove excess tissues and fill the worn-out ones. There are different surgical procedures for different anti-aging needs. However, something impressive with surgeries is that results are immediately visible; it might take a while for you to adjust to the changes, though. Surgeries are used to remove fat tissues, reduce breast sagging and improve the firmness of body parts.

5. SculpSure: This is another fat removal process common in med spas. Although it is similar and easy to be confused with CoolSculpting, they are not do not have the same technique. SculpSure is a fat removal process that uses a medical tool that directs heat to the part of the body with excess fat. The applicator transmits heat to the skin and fat tissues are irreversibly destroyed. The fats are disposed of through the body’s lymphatic system.
