I want my hair to grow out, but it always keeps dieing, so i keep having to go get it trimmed! what do i do?!

the best thing to do this is what i do and im loosing weight very fast!
1. Eat breakfast
2. Do not eat fast food or drink sodas or juices with alot of sugar!
3. Take the 3 major oils like in pills there ment for loosing weight and making your tummy smaller
4. When you are feeling in the mood to snack go make a smoothie out of real fruit! and dont add much sugar or dont add it at all
5. Purple berrrys (juice or real fruit) is great for weight loss
6. Go for a simple jog dont jump into it work your way into how far you run...you dont have to sprint to loose weight you can do a simple jog
7. for your abs do crunchies and cycle crunchies and many other
8. for your lower, put your legs out and then have them straight and lift them in the air!
9. to tone thighs put one leg out to the side and scout...
That is some of the best advice i can give you it is working out for me and i started it when summer started and i have already dropped pounds!
but when you get to your goal weight do not stop!
keep doing thoughs things if not you could just gain that weight right back!

SpazzGeorgina's answer: When you lift weights lift lighter ones for longer periods of time...then you wont get the big muscles that look gross that only guys have lol...
