- Set a realistic goal. No 100 pounds a month is not realistic goal. 10 pounds a month is realistic.
- Don’t compare your self to others. Some girls are just skinnier than others so don’t freak if some chick skinnier than you it’s better to be healthy than way skinny.
- BIMs lie. Don’t listen to them all they do is tell you your fat but your not.
