  1. It’s not a diet it’s a life style change. If you want to keep the weight off change the way you live. Diets are temporary once you stop you gain all the weight back.
  2. Don’t do it by yourself. It’s easier if you don’t have to do it alone. Grab a friend and ask them to do it with you. It can even be fun.
  3. Take before and after photos. When you lots all that weight you be able to see all the weight you lost.
  4. Weigh your self twice a week. Because if you haven’t lost at the most a half a pound then you need to make a change in your diet or excise.
  5. Tell your family and friend. I know it’s hard but they can help. But they can stop you from losing weight so
  6. Have fun. If you are miserablethen take a brake from life and just have fun.
  7. Set a realistic goal. No 100 pounds a month is not realistic goal. 10 pounds a month is realistic.
  8. Don’t compare your self to others. Some girls are just skinnier than others so don’t freak if some chick skinnier than you it’s better to be healthy than way skinny.
  9. BIMs lie. Don’t listen to them all they do is tell you your fat but your not.
