lol actually as long as you only pop the skin on top of the zit it won't hurt you'll feel the skin around it tugg a bit but there will be no feeling there because the yucky inside has already separated the skin from the skin below where the sensors are : P

for future refrence you can always pop a huge zit using a needle you've dipped the end in alcholo to disinfect it. then you can lightly roll it over the bump from one side to the other till most of the ewwww is out
