kiwiFruit's answer: Used to have the same problem. I have really sensitive skin, and even sensitive skin formulas irritate my skin. WHen I take a shower I put it on hot first let it steam up and stuff. Then I put astringent on it. lol. then I turn it to cold, rinse my face and do my hair. that helped me alot. =)
