what kind of extensions are best?

I really want hair extensions becaue my hair is not growing as quickly as i'd like it to. so should i get glue in or sew in ones? and are they hard to take care of?

i really want to look more fit when i go see my family for the holidays. I've always been the chubby one in the family.I used to be 158 and now i'm 129, but i still want to lose some more. exercising doesnt seem to e helping me anymore
