I'm trying to shape up my bf. How do I go about it?

I have determined by pictures and his family genetics that he's a swimmer's build. But his calves are so huge! and Toned!. All it is, is fat and loose skin. I want jim to tone up. And suggestions on weight programs?

i'm going to start making my own wigs soon and I want them to last a really long time (6mos - 1yr). I don't know if I want to try lace front though.

I wear a wig in a 1B to a 1. I am giong to get sewn in extensions and I want it to look 100% natural. Therefore I want to dye my eyebrows as well.

Empress_Nyko_Dono's answer: just remember that you can't become drastically different over a few weeks. the only thing that you can truly do is start a regimen and find friends that are supportive. I know school can be a nightmare, but that's not what matters. Even though you're not popular now, you can work on becoming that later on when you're in high school. Now is a time to where you figure out who you are and what you like/ want to do with your life.
