I have oily hair any tips?

I wash my hair every night, using salon quality shampoo and conditioner. But by the end of the day my hair is NASTY! When I don't use the conditioner its still nasty! I use VERY little product, if any for fear it will make it worse! Any ideas?

Casualglam's answer: Oval faces can look really good with long layers with a wave, or going short with a funky bang. Really the only thing you can do wrong with an oval face is going too long and straight, any cut with some layers or something dramatic and short would be cute.

Casualglam's answer: you have an oval face.... try going to google and typing in hairstyle for oval faces it should give you a ton of sites that will be able to give you tons of ideas for your face shape and ideas of what not to do. I think if you go short with a fun bang it would look cute, but how short is up to you. Check out the google search and you can com eup with some fun ideas. some highlighting or lowlighting would be fun as well and add some depth to your hair, maybe going darker with some soft highlights (talk to your hairstylist about color, they should be able to help you on that front) Let us know what you decide!

Casualglam's answer: I know this sounds strange, but lift weights, not heavy weights stick to smaller weights and do 3-4 sets of 1-15 reps. This will help build some muscle which actually weighs more than fat. You eat a lot, which can help, but what are you eating? Calories are great for gaining weight, but watch the cholesterol, you could be clogging your arteries while trying to gain weight. Try eating more proteins and carbs and actually stay away from fatty foods you want to gain it in a healthy way... proteins and carbs should become your friend but stick to lean meats or beans. There are medications out there that your doctor can prescribe that will help make it so your body will absorb more of what you eat. As for where it will land.. that's up to your genetics, no food goes to any particular spot. You do look pretty thin in the picture you posted, so I can understand wanting to gain a little. The best thing for you to do is talk to a doctor. They will instruct you on how to gain the weight in a way that will not put your heart in danger of cholesterol overload. You still look Gorgeous! How old are you? Are there women in your family that are bigger? if so you may just need to wait for you metabolism to catch up with you. But talk to a Doc... they will be able to help A LOT

Casualglam's answer: try drinking more water, it will help shed any water you have hanging aroudn (especially when it is close to that time of the month water tends to hang around more), stick to the diet (I wouldnt cut back on the calories or anything), but I would kick up the cardio. If you walk, go longer, or faster, if you are in a cardio class, go an extra day. Your body has simply gotten used to what you have been doing (that and the first ten pounds is generally water and wastes that have been washed away from the detoxy of the new diet and exercise, more so than fat, but now that the first ten are gone the rest will be the fat! keep drinking water to keep your water weight off and stick to the diet and just kick it up a notch in the work out... work out is key, FAT will NOT come off with out cardio. any weight that comes off without exercise is water and wastes and possibly even muscle. Cardio is key to lose fat, weight lifting tones it doesn't rid you of fat, cardio is the key!

Casualglam's answer: If you hate the movie, read the book it answer a lot of character questions.... personally I LOVE Edward, who doesn't, Love the guy the picked to portray him (Robert Pattinson... yum!) but over all I like Jacob, he grew on me through the series mostly because I can relate to him. The feeling that you and someone have this great connection, they see it too, but insist on being with someone you KNOW will only end up hurting them one way or another... I can relate... if you don't like Jacob, you have never been in his shoes.

Casualglam's answer: liquid foundation, loose powder, complimentary eyeshadow kit (set of four colors in a kit for green eyes), blush (in a set to assist with contouring the cheeks), mascara, dark mocha eyeliner pencil, black eyeshadow used for eyeliner, beige lip liner and a soft pink lip gloss. along with all the appropriate brushes of course. not much, just the basics. but I do cheat by buying the kits that instruct you where to use what color, it makes it easier that way.
Question: How long do you spend on ur hair a day? (by Angitia41)
Casualglam's answer: mmmm about half an hour from wet to done. it used to take over an hour cut I recently cut it so it take A LOT LESS (well before I cut it it took no time because I would just put it up as soon as I got out of the shower, but an hour if I did anything with it)

Casualglam's answer: Jewelry! Price isn't an issue. It could cost him $5 for all I care as long as its classy and it fits my casual/glam style (My friends used to call me spunky because I was a jock that was also punk its funny to look at the pics.. what was I thinking! But casual with a touch of glam like a metalic purse with jeans and a hoodie is my style now)

Casualglam's answer: I use neutragena its the only thing that works for me and I use jergens for a moisturizer
Question: Most extreme way you have dieted? (by Angitia41)
Casualglam's answer: I went organic Vegan for a summer... lost 40 pounds but really it wasn't all fat, cuz my clothes still fit the same it was water and build up of crap from eating meat. I still try to stick to a meatless diet, but wouldn't go completely vegan again... it wasnt satisfying even with a dietician helping me.
