someone posted a question asking if their measurements were normal so i had this to say
truthfully now days they don't put that strict of measurements on girls like that
there are many different normals now for every height
i weigh 155lbs
i'm about 37.5", 29.5", 41"
and i'm 5'6"
and when you measure it's chest, waist, hips.
and alot of guys like a shape that's bigger number on top lol
some like a bigger numer on bottom
and you're normal just as long as you waist number is smaller than the other two. (you're overweight if your waist is larger than your chest or hips)
where to measure
around your chest(boobs) waist(bellybutton) and hips.
and measurments for alot of young girls, really untill you hit full puberty all your numbers should be pretty close
actually a good way to do it is eat a big healty breakfast
with eggs and cereal and juice
then eat a good lunch maybe a grilled/baked chicken sandwich a glass of milk, and a salad
then eat a light dinner like a sandwich and a salad and some fruit, and a glass of milk
eating a big meal while you're awake will burn it faster, if you eat a big dinner then go to sleep you're body doesn't burn as fast and it will stick around more.
but you always want to eat a well balanced meal to stay healty, and take a multi vitamin. choose baked/boiled/grilled foods they are healtier.
it's always ok if your still hungry after your meals to snack on any type of fruit and veggie they use more calories to eat than they'll give you.
wake up at night and hungry grab an apple : P
and it's always ok to give yourself a treat but try to keep it down to one or 2 servings a day. have a half cup of icecream or one snack cake as a serving because everyone needs a treat when you're doing good.
just so you know alot of girls think things like that at some point in time. so it's ok you are normal there
but yes it can hurt your throat the burning acid in your stomach can eat at the lining (in your stomach there is a mucas lining that protects your tummy) and it can burn off the enamel of your teeth as well.
anything quick and easy is never right it's just a loosers way. anything you want is wourth working hard for
using small weights and doing curls and leg lifts in high repititions will help burn the fat and tone but not really build giant muscles
running in the evenings or even just walking will help you tone up
doing crunches are always a nice way to tone your midsection
and 30min 3 days a week will do as a workout regiment : P
just by making healty choices when you eat can help you become more healty
ofcourse everyone knows eating salads can be good for you but did you know baked and boiled foods are some of the healthest foods you can eat
when going out to eat pick grilled chicken with veggies
at fast food places don't just get the grilled chicken but also try to switch your greasy fries for a baked potato or a side salad
go for water instead of soda
or get lots of ice in your soda so you're getting more water
you dont' have to over work yourself to be heatly eather just stay moving
go walking around a mall, store, or your home
don't just sit infront of the tv all the time make time to get active!
