actually for dry hands and feet if you put vasoline on them and then put cotton socks on them (yes your hands too) and let them soak overnight they'll be oh so soft in the morning
you can make a great skin face scrub using baking powder and adding a bit of milk of magnesia
(you can also use salt or sugar if you need something that scrubs better but some people can just use that on their body the baking powder will work for faces)
i was told by a dermatoligest that lil trick and it does make your skin feel great. the baking powder will exfoilate and the magnesium is good for your skin
Dark Under Eye Circles

Under eye circles can show you the state of your body's health. They can become more pronounced from stress, lack of sleep, not eating enough healthy nutrients, or consuming too much sugar. But say you take gorgeous care of yourself everyday, so why do you still have those circles?
What causes them?
The skin under the eyes is thin and translucent, so blood vessels in this area are more visible than on the rest of the body, especially if the vessels become dilated. Lighter complexions and thinner skin are inherited traits that can make under eye circles look darker.
Other possible causes of circles
- A lack of quality sleep can make your skin paler, making the circles look darker in comparison.
- A cold, sinus infection or allergies can cause the veins around your eyes to become dilated. Eye infections make your skin itch, and rubbing your eyes can darken your skin, worsening under eye circles.
- Smoking and eating salty foods can also cause the veins around your eyes to dilate.
How to hide under eye circles
You don't have to avoid wearing eye makeup below your eyes. If you have the right concealer and know how to apply it, your circles won't even be visible.
Getting the right concealer
- You usually want to go for the more expensive concealers because they have more pigments in them, meaning better coverage.
- Get a concealer only one or two shades lighter than your foundation. If it's too light, it will emphasize the circles.
- If you have blue/gray circles, get a concealer with yellow undertones. If your circles are brown, get a concealer with bluish purple undertones.
Tips for applying concealer
- Always wear foundation with concealer to give your skin an even tone and make your circles blend in better.
- Apply concealer gently by tapping. Rubbing can cause swelling, redness or bruising.
How to cure under eye circles
There aren't any perfect cures for getting rid of circles, but there are a lot of ways you can alleviate them.
Creams
- Vitamin K-based eye products help to strengthen capillary walls, making blood vessels less visible.
- Find a cream that will help protect the skin. One with antioxidants such as green-tea and grape seed extracts, and vitamins C, E and K.
- Never use over the counter facial bleaches under your eyes. If you use cream bleach, be sure it has been prescribed for you.
- Always wear a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher under the eyes to prevent skin weakening caused by sun damage.
Home remedies
- Try dipping black tea bags briefly in boiling water, then cool and apply to your eyes.
- Potatoes contain catecholase, an enzyme that's used as a skin lightener. Applying slices of raw potatoes or cucumber over the eyelids for about 15 minutes might help to lessen under eye circles.
Laser treatment
- Laser resurfacing removes layers of damaged skin and helps to make pigmentation less visible.
- Laser treatment can also shrink engorged blood vessels.
- See a dermatologist before you do anything drastic, and to discuss the best cures for your skin type.

lol you can use elmers glue and put it on your nose like a mask when it's completely dry just peel it off it kinda works like those face strips
but those don't work for me
sometimes you can actually squeeze them out but be careful don't go crazy and hurt your face a lil redness will be normal but stop if you actually get blood
also steaming your face over the sink. run hot water and put a towel over your head and the sink and let the hot steam set on your face, then use a face wash and it will help clean out your pours because they will be open
also getting a facial somewhere will help too and it feels great when it's done ; P
