What measures did u do to lose weight?
Use simple soap like ivory and alway wash and rinse with cool water.. do not wash ur face w/ soap. but do a witch hazel treatment

You can use food coloring I suggest to add water not much though,, just a few drops.. And you can use unsweeten cool aid as well.

Angitia41's answer: Move alot. light exercize. And after a nice hot bath maybe play soft music and some candles and just relax and the cramping will slow down..Try an extra strength midol. But most important move..If they persist get to a doctor and they can look things over and may give u something a lil stronger..:-) write me anytime if you want to talk .

I would use a light poweder foundation and also a simple brown eyeliner or a gold one. For you cheeks a soft pink/brown and as for your lips lipgloss w/ a touch of pink. Ohh for your eyeshadow. Sweetie u do not need it u look fantastic but if you wanted to use it..use a soft brown and near you eyelashes give a lil pizaaaaaz use very soft green, Your eyes will look AMAZING they are now.:-)
