What are some easy short hair cuts for a women in her 30's?

I've never dyed my hair because I was always quite happy with my natural dark brown color, but I always loved magenta and plum. Now I'm actually starting to consider getting plum highlights and I just want opinions. Do you like? Do you hate? I'm hoping it would suit me well since I have pale skin and people have always told me I'd look good with red hair, but I like this mixture of red and purple more. The second picture is a purple ombre style and it goes to pink. I'm still considering everything so suggestions are appreciated.

I really need help on what to do like exercises and meals and tips etc. Also how can I stay motivated because I tend to be lazy? i am going to the beach  and was thinking of wearing this:elf tinted moisturizer,elf healthy glow bronzer in sunkissed, clear mascara ,silver/gold eyeliner and tinted lip balm.i don't go into the water much.but could i wear that int town???what should i wear at the beach??

So I'm going to buy this high wasited skirt, that I just looove. But I'm not sure what shirt to get to go with it. I found this cute blue shirt that I think would go good with it, but then again I really have no idea! I eat Stevia every morning: I add it to my oatmeal porridge. I also add it to fruits en salads sometimes. But I was wondering whether stevia could be bad for you in high quantities? I'm really scared it causes weight gain without me knowing it.
