There is a 3 step system called Acne Free made by University Medical. Not sure if you have it where you live but I buy it at the drug store. Or I used to use Proactive and that worked wonders.

Clean and clear and i forgot the other name bu thoose are the to bet ones. it even comes with a moisterising bottle so your skin wont dry! i worked in two days for me

i use Harmon Brand (don't know if you have one by you) Deep Penetrating Apricot Facial Scrub. it has made my face so soft and helped me avoid breakoutss. i've also used the matching Ivigorating Apricot Scrub (for exfoliation) but that's only good when they're used together. I've used Cetaphil, Alba facewash and a Tea Tree Oil facewash (tea tree oil is good to get rid of breakouts once they start, fyi) but i didn't like them as much as the Harmon one. If you can't get to Harmon, I've heard the St. Ives one is just as good (the Harmon one is really a knock off of the St. Ives one, but the Harmon one is about a dollar cheaper.) Just keep in mind that everyone's different and you may have to try a few before you find one you really like. hope that helps! xoxo

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Foaming Scrub, Pink Grapefruit
I had some breakouts during the summer and now they're all gone thanks to this. You should use it daily for your skin. It really works.
If you don't want to use this, you can find a normal acne-free cleanser instead of a scrub. Neutrogena has some great stuff.
But if it's serious try finding something like Panoxyl. It's made for it but can be harsh on your skin if it's sensitive.
