Hi,My boyfriend had been trying to get me to take a wrestling class at the YMCA with him. He was bragging about how good he was and how he should have wrestled when he was in middle and high school.. So I thought it sounded interesting and different from my normal exercise routine. One day we go.  He told the instructor he had experience wrestling, so he put up against a boy no older than 12, 5'2" and 105lbs and my boyfriend 30, 5'11' and 150 something pounds. He laughed. Then I couldn't help to be shock and embarrassed as the boy mopped the mat with him, over powering him, headlocking and pinning. He, a small boy who hasn't finished puberty, owned my boyfriend so bad that he had tears in his eyes afterward. Now he wants to go to a new gym. And he has lost his confidence since then. Girls how would you all feel if your boyfriends lost to a boy like that in front of you? Would it make you less attracted to him? Make you feel less secured? How can I help him get his confidence back? 

I messed up my ankle late February, and it hasn't healed yet. I had stepped off a step carrying a rabbit cage, and my foot collapsed, rolling to the side and popping and then the other side and popping. After about two minutes I could get up and walk with minimal pain, but it slowly worsened, and by that night I couldn't walk, and stayed like that for two days, with only a little swelling. It healed after that until it hit a point where it stopped. It didn't bug me walking normally, though I found myself leaning on the side, but only when I twisted and turned it, which is a problem since I am a competitive shooter, and can't get into kneeling position. I went to the chiropractor twice who completely adjusted me which helped a little tiny bit, and tried turmeric which didn't do anything. Just this weekend I sprained it again,once again only minimal swelling, this time on the top and the side muscle feels very taunt, and there's a slightly sharp pain on top when I attempt to walk normally. What should I do? I really need it to get better, but I think my mom thinks I'm exaggerating a bit, so I don't think she'll take me to the doctor. Any home remedies? Is it that big of a deal, or more important than I think?

I am doing the"Worlds Greatest Shave" next year, which is held by a Australian non-profitable charity (Cause I'm Aussie) that help raise money for people with any type of blood disease or cancer. I want a new hairstyle and color before school starts again. I have been using dark brown for years and the same hairstyle for two years now. I want something new. I have to stay dark, I tried light brown and it just doesnt go with my face. Dark hair makes my eyes pop. I have hazel and the dark brings out my green sometimes. I want something to make them pop more. I am thinking of having blonde underneath. Can anybody help me? New style and color. Please.

Recently, I made out with a guy I liked who I hadn't hung out with very much and he expected me to do stuff for him that I didn't want to do. I told him no and he continued to pressure me for at least 45 minutes before I was able to get out of the situation. I'm feeling really bad about myself because, although I didn't do anything I didn't want to, I wasn't able to stand up for myself and just say no. I kept making excuses and trying to get him to stop pressuring me. I think I'm really upset because he turned out to be such a prick but I am upset. My self confidence has just disappeared and I don't know what to do to forget about it. I don't want to leave my house and go hang out with friends. I'm just feeling really badly and I don't know how to make myself feel better or get my self confidence back. I also don't know what to say to this guy, because I really never want to see him again after what he did. Please give me some advice, because I really don't know what to do now.
