Dark Hair, Deep Blue Eyes, Whiteish Tan Skin, and really wants highlights!

i hve no idea what shape my face is im getting my hair dyed back to the natural color (the same as my roots) and highlights too but i want a haircut i was thinking those slanted bangs with and all over thick layering because the problem is if i dont curl my hair it just looks all flat and it dosent...

those two colors. hopefully someone has an idea? i want it to look natural i guess and not crazy, so things like black or really dark browns are out of the question. maybe a lighter brown with those highlights? please help1 (:
