My hair used to be long, and like the spontaneous person I am, I just walked in my bathroom and cut it all off one day and I've hated it since, so I'm growing it back out but it just looks horrible and so awkward. What hairstyles or cuts can I do to make it bearable until it's finally long again?

I am thinking about either dying my hair all black or dark dark brown then putting colors at the bottom half. And, I just want a haircut that compliments my asiann face. Help?

How do you do it? I have to do it for a routine I'm doing, and I don't know how! I have long (almost mid-back) medium-thick hair, and I don't know how to do it! I know you don't spike it up high like MOhawks, but I heard you kind of fold it somehow..?? :S HELP!
