What colour highlights?

I have light skin (ivory-ish) and my natural hair colour is almost black.. i dyed it a bit lighter a few months ago and now i want to dye it ligher again cuz I've gotten bored with it and I want a bigger change. I don't know what colour to dye it though.. does anyone have suggestions?

My natural hair colour is very dark brown. (It looks black) I like to dye my hair at home but when I do, in some lighting my hair looks orange-y. It's like.. rust. The colour I want to have is in the pic. (If you can't see the pic, it's like a chocolate brown)

I was always very self-consious about my forehead and i would like to cut it in someway to not cause attention to that area. Also i noticed in pictures with short hair my face looks fatter. It get oily every day, and what colour would i go with, with my face tones?

I have had long quite blond wavey hair, I have recently cut it to shoulder length and attempted to dye part of it (golden brown) it didnt come out to well even though it was the colour suggusted to use and that it should work well on bright blond hair now im not sure what colour to go?
