i won't it to be easy to do in the morning and nice for everyday and easy to dress it up when i need it that way i won't it above my shoulders and really girly but no curls i am having a hard time choosing the right hair style i need help

I'm kind of Beyonce shaped.. So it's little bit harder to look good in a dress.. I would like a knee length dress (or something like that. not long that's for sure!), retro styled for a very hot weather.
