I am somewhat pale with some freckles if I am in the sun for extended periods of time. I burn before I tan. My eyes are a blue-grey color. My natural haircolor ranges from a medium dirty blonde dark dirty blonde/light brown color (depending on season, lighting, etc.) However, I have been dying my hair for years- my most recent color being a burgundy. What color clothing would suit me best?

I'm looking for a nice dress for a Christmas Banquet (night at the Oscars theme) that I can wear for multiple occasions and possibly shorten to use as a semi-formal dress). I need to get a dress for a church Christmas banquet, but I'm worried a short dress will be too informal (it's a "night at the Oscars" theme....the youth pastor's wife is wearing her WEDDING dress). However, I don't have much money to spend on a dress to wear once. I'll need a nice dress to wear to a few upcoming occasions, but nothing as formal as the dress I'll need for this dinner. In about a month, my youth group is having their annual Christmas banquet. This year they're having a red carpet theme, so the dress code is pretty formal (the youth pastor's wife is wearing her wedding dress). I don't have ANY nice dresses, so I'm going to have to buy something. However, I can't afford to buy something really fancy just for one event. Okay me and my beset friend are going to have a fun night on halloween and she's going as a bumble bee. And i couldnt think of what i wanted to do ... what could i wear ... i dont want to much effort .. like not a MASSIVE full body costume.. So if you had any ideas ... nothing old and plain EG.
