ok heres my story... i used to be really fat so i went on a crash diet, not really anorexia since i ate something but like only one meal a day and a binge day would be considered having a fruit so idk... anw i lost 20kg and became thin.. but not skinny, ive never been skinny... but yeah at least my stomach was flat at one point but now its turning back to what it used to be and my face is becoming rounder and i wont even get started on how fasr my hips have been growing but yeah... ive already ...

im still afraid!!! im about to et braces and its for about 2 years and i want to get clear braces but some ppl tell me it makes teeth look yellow and stuff im scared to get regular braces and i dont know of wat they said is true, not a lot of ppl have clear braces (not invisilign, clear ceramic braces) but id rather get them wat do u think

I have a very important choir concert saturday night and my shirt, which I wore last year, is tight on me. (Go figure. I weigh 122 now vs 117 last year) so how can I lose inches fast without starving myself? (My sister told me drink lemon water to de-bloat me. Would that work?)

well yeah, heres the thing... a few months ago(like 4 or smtn) my period was realy painless, i wouldn feel a thing. but now it feels like im dying! my stomach and lower abdomen hurt so bad it kills me. i cant even walk im just paralyzed and doubled over; cant even stand straight. i first saw my period at 12 and im 14 now if that has anything to do with it, but yeah i dont know wat going on, i havent changed any of my habit so i am clueless as to why it suddenly became like this ;p so any idea...

I think my best friend is overdosing on anxiety meds (Lexapro) but I don't know how to handle it. If I ask her, she will deny it and become all defensive. But I don't want to tell and adult because I am not a tattle and then she will never trust me on her own. I need to help her so please help me!

alright everyone, so today i got my period for the first time. Just like an hour ago. i need to know what i should do. I am wearing a pad at the moment , i just want to know what to expect. The thing im worried about is going to school tomorrow.. i have no idea how im suppost to go change pads in the middle of class witout someone noticingg ( such as me carrying something in my hand ) lol. just please help me on what to do . Okay ( my usual opening ) I have decided to go on a diet and I am really serious about it because i am sick and tired of being a big size. I am POSITIVE on this ai i really want to lose weight. i sprained my ankle like about 3 weeks ago mabey a month and when i walk that foot walks kinda crooked and its like still like swelled up.like i can tell the difference by just looking at it and i can feel the difference.how long does it take to heal and is there somehting wrong woth it.>????????????

ok...well i have a huge stomach. n im not exagerrating. as u can see from my pic im thin. but my stomach jus sticks out like im pregnant. i know im not pregnant cause i ve been having my period n i have protected sex. my friend told me is from having too much intercourse but that doesnt really make sence to me. im not bloaded because ive been having this probem for a while. n im not overweight cause im 15 n i weight 120 anybody has any ideas of why my stomach looks like im 5 months pregna...

This is kinda awkward, but I guess every girl goes through this. I want to remove all of my hair you know..down there. but since its the first time theres a lot and just shaving doesnt really work? Is this normal? Does anybody else have this odd problem? And what's causing it? I'd really like to figure this out cause when my eyes are dry it causes headaches for me. I use eye drops to rehydrate them but still its annoying. And yes im almost 100% sure that i DONT sleep with my eyes open:D

i sprained it last week on a friends trampoline.ive never actually sprained my ankle before.its not healing to fast.but i guess thats cause im always walking on it a day after i sprained.but today its still swelled up and im kinda concerened.i wouldnt tell my mom.cause she only taskes someone to the hospital if there fanting,almost dead or,somethin like that.lol.
