how can i lose weight in time for summer? - posted by MusicLover96
I'm a bit overweight and have flabby legs and arms and a flabby stomach. I want to be able to wear shorts this summer and i want to wear a bikini and look good. I know i wont be abale to lose LOADS in time for summer and i dont want to lose loads i just want to look and fell god in summer clothes:) I dont want to be to like really skinny i still want to have a bit of meat on my bones but I want to be healthy. any advise?

i'm wearing a long simple black dress that looks like this http://j.bdbphotos.com/fashion/pictures/4L/45/445_large.jpg to a wedding I have shoulder length light brown/blonde hair.. I dont know if I should wear it straight or like in the picture vibrant wavy... or should I put the front part up in a poof? I really wanna look good for this evening wedding! and I'm 22 Thanks =) I attached a picture of me to get a better idea.. I know I look stupid but its my most recent one hehe

Shit. Well apparently the BMI on my last weight question said I was overweight. I think the number was like 86 or something like that. Anyway, so I need to lose weight on my thighs (there like cottage cheese!!) and tone my stomach cause its flabby. Its not skinny nor fat but thick and flabby. Help? Because it seems like I'm the type of person that can neither lose weight nor gain it. AGH! I hate my body!!!

I ALWAYS chew my nails and it is seriously annoying me! I am trying to stop, really I would, I have tried the nail varnish that tastes like SICK and yet i still chewed my nails, I can't stop, I don't chew out of nerves unless I am doing a test but I chew out of habit. Can you guys give me ideas what to do :S ? Seriously its horrible.. some nails are long and others are short :@! :(

I am 5" and I weigh 82 lb. (I'm 11 years old). I think I am underweight..... I have high metabolism, too. And I eat healthy- and often, too. I also exercise daily- and I'm positive I'm NOT anorexic. any tips of getting a little fuller?

Sometimes after i apply my foundation, put on powder and blusher, i find i have light patches on my cheeks?? I apply my foundation with a damp sponge and blusher with a soft brush.... what am i doing wrong?!

so ive been eating normally, like i always do, just a bit healthier- like i eat healthy snacks instead of crips and stuff and yeah BUT once again my body looks like shit and ive gotten all fat and yeah... my waist is 73 f-ing cm which is huge basically here are my measurements. waist-73 cm- 28 inch butt/hips- 91 cm- no idea how many inch boobs-81 cm (-.-) so yeah... im disgusting... need heeeelp, my hips are wide, im naturally a pear shape but yeah heres a pic... sorry if im not making ...

People say that you should drink this much water and i just don't know how to achieve this. I drink a glass of tea in the morning and then switch to water. Later when I get home, I have a small glass of juice and with my dinner i have a glass of milk. The most water I drink is a 20 ounce/600mL bottle. how does one increase the intake of water?

Okay, so I'm having trouble picking between two things. The Itouch 8GB and New Ipod 16GB. The reason I'm having a hard time is because the ipod i can get in my favourite colour, it has a camera built in and more space. The Itouch has apps, internet capability but it doesn't have as muchh. There are 5 people in our group (we have a great group which is briliant) and we are doing sweeney todd because we all absoultly love it. I just went for a 3-week trip to Mexico, to see my family there. I've became very close to them- especially my aunts dog. Sometimes I cry, because I miss them so much. Any advice on how I could kind of stop missing them so much?
