Would you like to learn more about at home workouts?
I recently discovered this really quick high impact 15 minute at home workout. No equipment required. The routine promises a body like lady gaga in 4 weeks. I've been doing it for a week and I am already seeing results. I changed the routine a bit by adding some yoga to it and switching some of the moves and I also added a quick warm up
My final routine is about 20-30 minutes long.
Would you guys be interested in seeing my routine? I could post a blog with pics and a video of my routine. It is a really easy and quick routine and i added a few aerobic dance moves to it so its fun :-)
