Wanting to lose weight to become healthier is a great goal, but remember, it's not always about the number. A great way to burn fat is to build muscle. Muscles burn a lot of calories, even when you're not using them, so even if you lose fat, but gain muscle, you many not see the dramatic weight change that you're hoping for since muscle weighs more than fat. With that being said, in order to lose weight you need to take in fewer calories than you expend. Eating healthy is a very important part of any weight loss plan. And be sure to drink a LOT of water. Your body always needs water, and it curbs appetite as well, so always carry around a water bottle if you can. As for the exercising, I'd say that sounds like a good place to start. However, you should vary your workouts so your body doesn't get used to them. Find new exercises, and definitely lengthen the times of those exercises once you feel you can handle the longer times. Lastly, the most important thing is not to set unrealistic goals, if you're looking to lose those 9 kgs in a week, or even two weeks, that's not healthy and you'll only set yourself up for failure. Stick with eating healthy and exercising for a month, and you'll be able to see results. And keep yourself motivated. After an intense workout, write a note to yourself about how good it felt to know you finished your workout. Then, later when you don't feel like working out, read those notes and you'll want to feel that good again! Good luck! Be healthy and happy! I believe in you!

First of all, thank you so much for replying! Your great! Secondly, do you think i could lose this weight in a month, i started this weight loss last week and have noticed my muscles are more stronger and noticable, but only slightly. I also have another problem, i can't seem to excerise in the morning, is it okay to do this in the afternoon at 3pm? And if you have anymore tips that would be fantasic. Thanks.
aw, you're welcome! but remember, i'm no expert. i just want people to be happy and healthy and comfortable in their skin! i would say, depeding on your diet, you could lose the weight in a month, but it would probably be safer to aim for a month and a half. and any time of the day is a good time to exercise! i'm no professional, but i don't think it should make a difference what time you work out. and i'm happy you're seeing results! keep it up! and remember, doing the same number of reps or exercises for the same amount of time won't help. up the amount of reps or time for an exercise to keep challenging your body! also, eat light before a workout. you need energy, but you also want to burn off existing fat on the body, so don't eat a LOT before you exercise. and after exercising, of course drink water. but i've also read that chocolate milk is a great thing to drink after an exercise. of course, use portion control. it's got a great balance of carbs and protein to help your body recover from the workout. another tip that has helped me see results is to set a time after which you do not eat. i don't eat anything after 9 pm. depending on your schedule, you can make it later or earlier, but stick to it! a lot of people have a bad habit of snacking into the night, so if you can control yourself and not eat after a certain time at night, it might really help. of course, that only helps if you are a person who likes to snack after dinner. i do drink water though! NEVER stop yourself from drinking water. i like to drink a big glass every morning, and about ten minutes before i eat. it helps me to not eat as much. i wish you the best! and keep in touch!
