Wanting to lose weight to become healthier is a great goal, but remember, it's not always about the number. A great way to burn fat is to build muscle. Muscles burn a lot of calories, even when you're not using them, so even if you lose fat, but gain muscle, you many not see the dramatic weight change that you're hoping for since muscle weighs more than fat. With that being said, in order to lose weight you need to take in fewer calories than you expend. Eating healthy is a very important part of any weight loss plan. And be sure to drink a LOT of water. Your body always needs water, and it curbs appetite as well, so always carry around a water bottle if you can. As for the exercising, I'd say that sounds like a good place to start. However, you should vary your workouts so your body doesn't get used to them. Find new exercises, and definitely lengthen the times of those exercises once you feel you can handle the longer times. Lastly, the most important thing is not to set unrealistic goals, if you're looking to lose those 9 kgs in a week, or even two weeks, that's not healthy and you'll only set yourself up for failure. Stick with eating healthy and exercising for a month, and you'll be able to see results. And keep yourself motivated. After an intense workout, write a note to yourself about how good it felt to know you finished your workout. Then, later when you don't feel like working out, read those notes and you'll want to feel that good again! Good luck! Be healthy and happy! I believe in you!
