i used to have a really bad temper when i was younger.... i mean like most of the time i was pretty calm but every not and then i would just loose it. but it just seemed ot kind of go away when i got older - i get mad but now i don't loose it anymore...idk why....:P

I can get upset by small things,but that last less then minute..Do be really upset,to lose my temper need a LOT..What I do is just ignoring...it's hard but it works for me,I try to relax and not pay attention :)

I can have a horrible temper. I can explode too and get irritated if things aren't how I want or planned my way. You canmeditate this REALLY helped me to relax and be more positive. Just take deep breath and filol your mind with positive things. So far it HAS worked for me. I can't say I don't get mad anymor because that's not possible lol but it has made me more relaxed and patient.

I never really have a bad temper lo only if its a fucking huge deal and it just pisses me off haha

I have a bad temper. If I'm in a bad mood and someone looks at me the wrong way, I will go off on them. It's really easy to get me to fight, and I'm almost always in a bad mood. I try to sleep, read, or listen to music to control my temper.
