Ohh honey, I think the bright blue hair idea is amazingg :D I've always wanted blue streaks in my hair and I saw some blue dye at Hot Topic. That is where I'm planning on getting mine and it's really not even that expensive, it's only about 8 dollars for a bottle and they're are different colors like pink, purple, and black. Maybe you can do some multicolored stuff ! :D That would looks awesome babe!
