It's really hard to say because I don't know where you are going so i don't really know what's appropriate for your date... But I would just go simple but cute! Since you're wearing heels I would say skinny jeans (or shorts if it's earlier in the day but I doubt it) and Just your favorite shirt, definitely add jewlery, neclaces, rings, ear rings, bracelets! I hope I could help at all because it's also hard to tell since I don't know your style or what you have to work with... Maybe add in a cute summer scarf or something if you have one (:

I guess look all chill by wearing some rocking heels, some skinny jeans, and a bright tank or tee (I have a Beatles t-shirt that I love:DD). I would accessorize by wearing some stud earrings or maybe beaded braclets. Snapbacks are cute too. And sneakers like nike, jordans, converse,etc or even flats are good too if you don't feel like heels. I really love that floral dress in callmeiris's post too! :D Hope this was helpful :)
