i had the same issue... pretty much what you do is talk to your friends pick a place like a beach or campfire depending on the weather and fire bans and then invite people to a party. Make shure to have chips candy and food. Pop is good but make shure theres no drugs or beer cause that can make the party go from fun to the cops showing up. :)

I think you should through a pool party, or go to the mall with your best friends or go to a fancy restaurant. :)) Try something simple but really fun!

I think you should do like an awesome costume party, that's what I did, I invited a lot of people and designed my basement into the perfect party mood, and got an amazing costume.
