go to your local beauty supply store and buy a bottle of maybe 20 or 30 peroxide. ( the higher it is the more your hair will lighten faster but i dont recommend using 40 or higher) then you gotta get a packet of powder. mix them in the right way. then make sure to get your roots, i do my roots first then do the rest of my hair. make sure you get all of your hair. leave it in for 20-35 minutes, depending on the color you want, ur gonna have to watch it. then just wash it all out, maybe tone it if its orange. dont dye your hair right after, your bleached hair alone will be very damaged, i recommmend picking some deep conditioning hair mask at the supply store. use that, and wait at least 3 days to dye your hair. and make sure you get some good hair color safe shampoo, and a deep conditioning conditioner.
i know this sounds like alot, but its best to do this or your hair is likely to fall out :/
