My sister uses Urban Decay Primer Potion and her eyes always look fabulous. I used it on my two 13 year old cousins when I did their makeup on New Year's and their shadow and liner looked really great (not braggin' xD). So maybe you could give that a try!

I definitely agree with Jackie on the urban decay! (: also i heard of some people putting chap stick (sounds gross) on their eye lids and they say it works but I've never tried it, seems interesting though (:

Urban decay and if I don't have that i go with an Anabelle white eye liner and put it all over my eyelid. It helps hold the shadow and really makes the color pop! Especially bright shadows!
