I use this stuff and it works within a day or two. They are about $7 or $8 at target. Also sleeping with a smidge of toothpaste on the acne dries them out really fast.

I usually use this facial mask called 'Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque. Its a really inexpensive product. I got mine from family dollar lol. You can probably get it at walgreens, walmart, rite aid,etc. Its not a miracle worker but I saw a VERY noticable difference in my skin.

I second the toothpaste method it should dry it out really fast. You can also try the oil cleansing method , it should help clean out your pores thus helping to effectively treat the issue but you need to follow it precisely and do it before cleansing. A facial product with salicylic acid (if they show it should be around 2-3% to be effective ) , hyaluronic acid , and/or AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) should help. These all target acne and if you want to learn more about them google them with acne right after. It should lead you to a ton of forum posts talking about it. The good thing is, if you look hard enough these are in most convenient store products, the issue is weeding out the products with the bad stuff and not finding enough of the good stuff in one. Developing a good facial routine that you stick to is also something that will help prevent it from coming back, and eating healthy full meals 3x a day.

Basically,I suggest that you don't try medications,some aren't suitable for your skin or type of acne.Well,you can try home remedies like Baking Soda with a little lemon or honey.I also suggest that you consult an Acne expert

I use this kind of mint julep mask and it doesn't get rid of pimples like it says it would, it just gets rid of my oily skin! I want it to get rid of pimples and oily skin. Thanks :) I'll try finding that product, maybe it's different froom the kind that I have.

I tried Clearasil once and I just broke out more. But I'll try the toothpaste thing! :)
