Hey, the classic detox is 2-3 days and all you are allowed to eat is fruit,water and raw veggies. This can make you very very irritable and in my opinion it is never a good idea to cut out food groups from your diet,
What works for me when I wish to detox is to make water and raw fruit and veg the bases of my meals add 3 cups of green tea and then eat nuts or grilled chicken for protein and a sweet potato for my carbohydrate intake

what is a good DIY detox??
Is anyone familar with a good detox somthing tried and tested preferably, I'm feeling like I need a good detox. I'm cutting out crap as of tomorrow but what do I replace it with besides fruit and how long should a good detox run for?
