I think that any purple shade looks looks really well and makes green eyes stand out, and then also you could try brown... I would suggest green or dark green but since you have pale skin that might look like too much. :)

Well, I think cute_wonderful_blondie nailed it perfectly--plums or violets and browns or bronzes--will look fabulous with your eyes. And I think green would actually tend to hide your eyes rather than make them stand out. Here's a link with more info

I've heard going with blues if you have green eyes, as it compliments the color, making the green pop.
