Eyeshadow: try some blue-greens or natural colors (tan), also gold eyeshadow would look really good
Lipstick: a nice light pink or bright red would work well

I'm not sure how old you are and that could make a difference. But I would try a shimmer bronze smokey eye, with liquid eyeliner & dark brown or black mascara, a little on the heavy side. The other color that would work for shadow would be like violet. Don't use blue eyeshadow on your eyes...it will dull them down. I think a pinkish, violet lip gloss would look great with your coloring.
