Something that is inexpensive is not necessarily bad. What is bad are the ingredients, and anyone who reads and compares ingredients in multiple items when shopping will tell you most high end brands use the same exact ingredients as the cheap ones, the wording may change, and they may be derivatives of something, but essentially it's the same. If you want to spread truth about products, at least don't spread misinformation in the process. You say it's full of chemicals and you're talking about wax yet you have ultimately given us no information as to what those are. Instead you tell people to spend more . For example, Imidazolidinyl Urea and DMDM are two ingredients you do not want in your hair products because they release formaldehyde. SLS, Ethylene Oxide, 1,4 Dioxane are all things you should be sure that your products do not have because through multiple testing it has been concluded that they increase the risk of cancer and can be quite toxic. If you want to advocate for something, don't tell people to exchange one group of chemicals for another, because let's face it, none of these products are without some sort of chemical. Unless you're living off no shampoos and hot oil treatments straight out of natural oil bottles chances are even the products you buy that claim to use all natural ingredients, that throw around a few natural oils and seeds like jojoba or macademia, have to use some kind of buffer like glycerin in order to reach appropriate active levels for each, so that they don't render each other null and void.

Walmart Product = BAD. Professional Product = GOOD
I mean, I don't understand how everyone always complains about their hair, and the condition of it, but then you go and use cheap Walmart stuff. FYI that 'product' is full of chemicals that just coat your hair in a wax. This wax is what makes the hair appear the softer, shinier, etc etc. To get the results that you truly want, a couple extra dollars goes a long way. Herbal Essence, Tresemme, it's all really, really bad. Many may think it's good, and may be satisfied with them, but in all honesty, it's not doing your hair any good. I just want you all to know the truth about it and think a little more about it when you pick up a bottle next time your standing in your local hair care aisle.
