I don't think you should go for anything new, but go for a look that has gotten you compliments in the past. To make your eyes pop, go for a colour that contrasts them -eg blue with brown eyes and brown with blue eyes.
To get ringlets:
things you need:
recently washed hair (wash hair the day before so it is clean but dry)
- small rollers or flexi-rollers (they're twisty)
- loads of hairpins
- a shower cap/ scarf / beanie
- hairspray for hold
1) wrap your hair around the rollers starting from the top layers and going downwads
2) once done, put your hair in a shower cap so as it is not in the way and leave to settle for a few hours
3) prepare to go out - shower, apply make up, ect
4) remove the rollers and add a bit of hairspray for hold

valentines day help ?!?!
hey guys! im going to a valentines party with my best friends, cute guy friends and most importantly my crush! i have a few questions! 1.how do i do romantic makeup but put emphisis on my eyes ( i want them to pop) and 2. i want to get gorgues ringlets in my hair but my hair wont curl how can i do that? please help me! thankyou :)
