So I got some belly fat and I would really like to lose it. I want to lose it sorta before the summer so like 30lbs. in 2 months? Is that possible?! Haha. Um, please no "You should feel comfortable in your skin, you dont need to lose weight!"

Someone told me that sucking in your stomach and moving around will help make it flatter. Sit-ups/crunches will help fast. I understand what it's like to want to lose weight. I've been trying, and it's working now.

Quickest way I have found to lose lots of weight is the Atkins Diet. Google it and see what you can and can't eat. It's extremely strict for the first couple weeks but definitely worth it. You will see dramatic results within a week. Plus add at least 30 minutes of activity 5 days a week.
