Someone told me that sucking in your stomach and moving around will help make it flatter. Sit-ups/crunches will help fast. I understand what it's like to want to lose weight. I've been trying, and it's working now.

Tummy Fat/ Need to lose weight/ Maybe 30lbs. in 2 months?
So I got some belly fat and I would really like to lose it. I want to lose it sorta before the summer so like 30lbs. in 2 months? Is that possible?! Haha. Um, please no "You should feel comfortable in your skin, you dont need to lose weight!"
